MMFA stands for Malaysia Model Festival Awards while FOM stands for Asia New Star Model Search - Faces of Malaysia and both of the gala night and grand finale will be held at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Spa on 11th of December 2012.
The two main awards for MMFA - Female and Male Star Model of The Year for MMFA will be flown to Seoul, Korea to receive their Star Model Awards - Malaysia during the 8th Asia Model Festival Awards (AMFA) 2013. Past Malaysian recipients of this prestigious award were Tini, Kelly Jagan, Wilson Tan, Deborah Henry and KS Tan and the international-red-carpet event was witnessed by 3000 live audiences and broadcasted to over 128 countries, estimation of 10 million viewers to this "Academy Awards" of Asian modeling and fashion industry.
In conjunction with MMFA, presented by Nestlé La Cremeria, one female and one male winner of FOM will also be sent to Korea to compete at the intenational grand final and stand a chance to be potentially scouted by entertainment companies to be the next rising stars of K-Pop group in Korea Show Biz industry.
The full list of 25 prestigious awards of MMFA as well as the finalists of FOM were revealed at the press conference on 28th of November 2012 at the Grand Ballroom of Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Spa.

I am so looking forward to attend the gala night tomorrow as it will be a night full of stars from Malaysia modeling and fashion industry at the Ballroom of Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Spa. I was told that Kim Hyung Jung of SS501 will made his star appearance in the event as well. *Super headache of what to wear, is there any fashion designer kind enough to sponsor me a dress to this black tie event?*
