Coordinate post desu~! Few days didn't write long blog post and I feel a bit awkward already. lol. Super busy weekend for me, but I enjoyed it to bits!!! Events, concert, work, event, event... I like it when my schedule is super packed! I don't need any free time seriously. lol.
Anyway, it's already the end of July and Selamat Berpuasa to all the muslims! I'm so excited that Raya is coming so I can go to my ji mui - Aira's house for makan-minum.

Wore the same dress as the MIJF show because that day itself my primary schoolmate held her wedding dinner! Congrats~!!
Didn't add on any fancy stuff, just a pair of feather earrings I got at Forever21 and 3 tiers heart pendant necklace from F Block. That night I went for Black x Gold, something more elegant than funky that I always am. lol.
The next day, MIYAVI's first public appearance in Malaysia, at Pavilion's Concourse Area for Tokyo Street 1st Anniversary Event. Super excited that day, decided to went a bit rock and edgy that night.

MIYAVI's concert night! That was probably the luckiest night of the week! Get to see MIYAVI perform on stage is surely a dream comes true. Or should I say, I don't even dare to dream about it, so does the rest of the MIYAVI's fans in Malaysia. But he did came, and we did saw him, and yes.... One of the best thing that happened in my life!

After seeing all these photos in general, I have one conclusion: I need a new bag. Hahaha. I've been reusing the same bag for all outfits. I feel so jelak (malay, means so full of it until wanna puke) already!!! lol.
Went to Tokyo Street 1st Anniversary and the Launch of Good Goods Japan. The whole "I feel like I'm in Japan" atmosphere is just awesome. Everybody is wearing Yukata at the reception counter. When I reach the Concourse Area of Pavilion, performers are playing traditional Japanese music. Suddenly so zen the feeling. lol.
Kei, her bf, Kaede and her friend (my secondary school junior as well) were there standing and waiting for none other than MIYAVI to appear at the event. Yes, shocking news for all of us when we first knew that MIYAVI choose Malaysia as his first stop as a start to enter the South East Asia market.
After knowing existence of MIYAVI for 7 years, there he is, at Malaysia, standing on the same ground like all of us here. We were so excited until we get all emotional - hyper, scare, almost cry some more, all sorts of mixed feelings, pretty hard to describe. If you adore some artists, then you know how it feels like when you get to see them with your own eyes, plus in a near distance.
And he's not like other ordinary artists, he is MIYAVI, if you know what I mean. lol.
Waiting patiently...
We waited for Japan Ambassador and other VIPs to be seated and do the opening speech. At that time I was waiting for my friend's text, hopefully she'll saw my text and able to 'grant' me the access into the event area. As some of you may know, that day the area was closed, only for invited guests.
I waited and waited and yes, lucky star shined above me, she replied and ask me to bring all my friends along to go into the event area. I was so excited I asked Kei them all follow me in. Then suddenly everything became kinda chaotic, fast paced and drama/movie like....
Without us noticing, MIYAVI is there, walked passed us and stood in front of us, not far, just about 2 person's distance. We were like: Har? How come? Why suddenly? Why didn't saw him walked pass? He's here!!! THIS IS REAL!!!!!!! KIYAAAAAAAA *fan girl mode ON*

OMG MIYAVI-SAMA!!!!
Out of sudden (probably heard us talking and squealing sound), MIYAVI turns his head around and smile at us. I swear at that very moment, my heart paused for a second and it is almost hard to breathe, definitely hard to believe that all these are happening, in my life! I kinda feel like I'm in heaven already.
MIYAVI went up to the front and gave a short talk. Thank God I found a place that able to see him clearly, asked Kei and Kaede to come. Stood there screaming and smiling and taking photos/videos non-stop. I still can't believe all this is happening.... OMGOMGOMG! (Even until now, the feeling is so surreal.)
In his suit, shades, no make-up... This is him - MIYAVI.
He can converse so well in English I bet most of the people there are shocked. His American English slang is just so... WOW. LOL. Ok la, everything about him is 'WOW' to me lolololol. Recorded a video of him speaking English right before his acoustic performance starts.
Nice right? Haha.

Everything is dreamlike. I think I'm quite emotional that time, seeing MIYAVI standing in front, I felt like crying. All sorts of memories rush back to me, 7 years ago till now. All his songs that I used to listen to, from how he was become how he is now.... A totally different MIYAVI than before. He's so man now!

I just record the first song because I wanna enjoy his performance more. I believe that I record his performance with my eyes and store it inside my brain, something that will fade bit by bit as time goes by, but whenever I recall this day, the feeling never dies. His powerful vocal, his dancing feet, his talking, his fingers dancing on his guitar...
2nd song - STRONG
Everybody enjoyed his performance. Clapping and some even dance to it. I'm glad that he made a good impression through his music to Malaysian whom doesn't know who he is. He made us unite as one through his music. That's what he's been doing all along...

Apparently, this is only the FIRST day of MIYAVI's schedule in KL. I can't make it to his autograph session due to Nuffnang's premier screening T______T but I made it to his concert!!! Had so much fun that night and the luckiest part is....

Taiwan cuisine is one of my favourite. Decided to try KiKi Taiwan Cuisine located at 4th floor, Suria KLCC. Many of my friends tried, so now is my turn.

Lots of waiters and waitresses around that day. Keep on being greet by them and super good attitude and smile at us a lot when we place order. Even helped to confirm and check whether the chicken parts I want available or not before he took our order.
Then there's this one time I dropped one of my chopstick on the floor and there's one waiter walked to my side and hand over a chopstick for, all happens not more than 5 seconds! It's services like this that keep customers revisiting again and again...
Even their food taste a bit normal.
Beef Noodle Soup with side dishes.
I just finish all the beef and left the noodles untouched. The soup taste a bit spicy. Maybe I got no appetite that day, so the food tasted a bit so-so. RM70+ for a normal lunch for two pax, I can see the transparent blood bleeding from my purse.
Ya, if you read my previous blog posts about UNIQLO UNIQLOOKS Contest you already have the idea I didn't get intot the Top 5... But when I check the official UNIQLO UNIQLOOKS Malaysia website, I saw a bronze ribbon written '3' on the top of my photo.
LOL. 3rd prize winner ar. Hahahaha. Like die die wanna add some title on even though defeated, but still I like it! Gonna made it into a banner and show off at the side of my blog hahaha. It's the first online competition that I actually made it into the final and winning myself something, so let me 'buay paiseh' a bit ok? Haha.

Did a show for Malaysia Internation Jewelry Fair Jewelry Design Awards. Models get to wear the world's one and only unique jewelry piece that stands out and win itself an award.
There are many countries that took part in this competition, am proud that out of 4 categories, 3 winners are from Malaysia.
Crystallization of Love
Sorta reminds me of the beautiful love story that's been a legend among the Chinese - Liang Shan Bo and Zhu Ying Tai. Quite similar with Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet but I think they are way more romantic. In the end, both of them died and transform into butterflies.
I asked the person-in-charge Maggie, estimation worth of this necklace. She told me most probably over a hundred thousand Malaysia Ringgit. No wonder there's security with a shot gun standing at the backstage standby in case any of us try to flee away with these jewelry. lol.
Bad lighting at the backstage area, can't really see clearly the details of this masterpiece. Or is it my sucky-o-ipod?

Another experience of different type of catwalk achieved - Jewelry show. I still have so much more to learn in the modeling industry. Hope to get more and more chances to do more awesome show in the future.
Been to TGIF once or twice but didn't really try their main courses till le bf brings me to. It was his so-called planning of a "romantic dinner" for our first anni. Ok la quite romantic la lololol.

Very rich, very creamy, almost like a bowl of chowder instead of soup. Should be called as mushroom chowder or something. Loaded with lots of mushroom chunks, me likey!
New York Strip
Yummy steak it is topped with Maison Butter, juicy and tender. Sides are cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. This Australian chilled air-flown grain-fed strip steak kinda bring my taste buds to somewhere near heaven.
