Rilek-lah Like Rilakkuma with Canon EOS M10

They say the cartoon character you like more or less reflects what type of person you are. If you like Hello Kitty, you're the girlish/princessy type, if you like Dragon Ball character, you're the courageous/justice type etc... As for me, I found my soul mate few years back, I can never find one cartoon character that has so much connection with me and when Rilakkuma character landed in Malaysia, I'm hooked on it! (I'm eating Rilakkuma Pretzel while typing this post lololol)

Rilakkuma which literally means Relax (Rilak) and Bear (Kuma), is a character by San-X and first appeared in year 2003 on a comic book called Rilakkuma Seikatsu (Life of Rilakkuma). It quickly become a big hit because of it's relaxing, lazing around cuteness and has become a big hit since then. And now, I can't believe that I'm invited to Butterfly Project x Canon's Around The World with Rilakkuma & Canon event, and of course I can't wait to have a look at the Canon EOS M10 x Rilakkuma Collaboration set.

The event's dress code is Travel and it took me quite some time to figure out what I'm gonna wear that day because my travel style are usually comfy and casual. Lucky me I bought a Rilakkuma raincoat during my last Bangkok trip and I was like, rainy days is a part of travel weather too sometimes so why not?

Never once I step into an event venue with big wide smile like that day. Seeing all the Rilakkuma plushies sitting around the chairs, colourful balloons everywhere, I'm literally in Rilakkuma wonderland. Canon has decided to take travel and adventure to another level by jumping into Nui-Dori's bandwagon.  Nui-Dori means Toy-Travel is a recent hype where you bring your toy to travel with you and include the toy in travel pic. And with the collaboration with Rilakkuma, Canon's Special Edition EOS M10 Box set comes with a limited edition 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy and is officially Canon's next travelling companion.

In conjunction with this blogger event, a special guest was invited to the venue, needless I say....

I almost cried when I saw it walking out from backstage. I never thought I would be able to see life-size Rilakkuma walking around, waving, doing some silly dancing moves in my life. At least not when I'm at Malaysia and not Japan. I try so hard to calm down and not to cry, it is one of the precious, touching moment in my life and I gotta thank Canon Malaysia for this!

Another highlight moment of the event were the lucky draw and best dress contest. Too bad I didn't get to win in lucky draw which the grand prize is the Limited Edition Rilakkuma x Canon EOS M10 bundled kit, but still I won a prize in the best dress contest and got myself a big Rilakkuma plushie!

Boxes Cafe @ BBCC, Bukit Bintang City Centre, KL

Last Wednesday was a public holiday, what's more fun than date your girlfriends and head out for a "All Girls" date? We went to hair salon, get our hair fixed, some getting their manicure done, gossip while we're doing things we like, it was fun! 

Evening sky looked totally amazing that day, a beautiful blend of all pastel colours while we reached Boxes Cafe @ BBCC.

Located at former Pudu Jail site, Bukit Bintang City Centre is the latest addition of KL and the Boxes Cafe has became a popular place to go since April. The cafe is built inside containers, it's allude to Bangkok's Art Box night market place. The light bulbs decoration, greens, colourful containers with pretty themed interiors, I would love to hang out at this place over and over again.

In conjunction with the UEFA Euro 2016, Bukit Bintang City Centre is having a EWRO Fest till the 3rd of July, hence the menu of Boxes Cafe are named after European cities/football players during this football season. (I wonder why they don't have Casillas or Torres's name on the menu lolololol)

It's been some time since I last had beef stew-ish like food and I love this! Although the broth aren't as thick as traditional stew, but it is quite tasteful and satisfying.

When I had my first bite of this, I can't stop frowning because it tastes weird. The chicken cutlets consists the taste of fish, as if they were both stored together in the freezer that combines both taste. Tomato sauce taste bland, this dish doesn't leave much good impression in me.

After we done our meal, we move from one container to another because it is more comfortable sitting at the sofa areas so that we could chill and talk. We talk basically about everything and by looking at the surroundings of Boxes Cafe, it suddenly struck us that if we're old and single we should totally buy container boxes like the cafe and place it at some friend's unused property, then furnished it nicely and live in it. We'll be like queens with our own rooms but still linked with each other that kind of interior structure. Hahahahaha.

Oh well, I really don't feel it's going to come true seeing that both of them are attached, probably getting married soon? Lololololol. I'm just gonna grow old and die in one of the container and just rot then. Haha. Enough of the girls talk, here are some silly photos we took that day. What's more fun than having these silly photos as one of your memories to remember friendship by?

But then I think again, do I really wanna live with these two crazy Virgos? No. Hahahahahaha.

Summer Solstice was just Tuesday, it means that summer is officially here! What I hear most from my friends are: I wanna go to the beach! I would shout along: ME TOO! But getting tie up with jobs and issues lately I don't have the time to runaway, so might as well enjoy my time staying in this city and try to make some fun out from it.

Luckily, there's some way that I can make happy while strolling around the city of Kuala Lumpur, which is Kipling's latest Summer Pre-Fall 2016 Collection, which summer fun were induced into these bright, happy looking and yet sturdy crinkled nylon bags.

It is the KL Hop-On Hop-Off collaborated with Kipling and created this Summer Bus and painted the town with yellow and monkeys!

LINE Disney Tsum Tsum: Cinderella Event

"Have courage and be kind", "a dream is a wish your heart makes", "no matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true", these are all the fine quotes of Cinderella both movies and animation taught me since I was little, and I still find myself humming songs from the cartoon now and then. 

Cinderella is one of the animation that influenced me since my childhood that being kind is the true way in dealing with every single matter in the world. Words cannot describe how elated I was watching the Cinderella movie last year and now, LINE Disney Tsum Tsum Japan has released a Cinderella event for players to relive the magical world of Cinderella again.

While LINE Disney Tsum Tsum US is having Star Wars event (which I've already done playing 2000 years ago Mwa-Ha-Ha) I've just completed the Cinderella event. Here's the simple walkthrough of this event:

Cinderella Event: Collect the magic in bottle and dress-up Cinderella

While accepting the challenge, each game you play there will be bottles filled with magic points drop in the Tsums and you need to break the bottle and collect magic points by using bombs or skills of your Tsum.

And if you're lucky, the magic bottle that broke will sometimes contained a Magical Party Time invitation which entitled you for a 12 seconds pure magic bottle breaking session.

There are 20 Cards throughout this event, upon completion there will be a Cinderella pin as reward!

Of course, clearing each and every card give you some rewards, such as hearts, coins, and bonus items.
Oh did I mentioned that Prince Charming Tsum is one of the reward too?

And here's how the game playing session looks like. I'm using Princess Leia as my Tsum ever since I got her as she is one of the Tsum that combines bombing skill as well as coin collecting efficiency in one Tsum, which is the qualities that I needed to complete the challenge.

Using Cinderella and Fairy Godmother will earn you extra magical point bonus but sadly I haven't attain either of them Tsum in my collection boo-hoo.

And as aforementioned, some magic bottles contained invitation to a Magical Party Time which allows you to break as many magic bottles as you could in 12 seconds to collect magical points to complete all the 20 cards. Too bad points aren't allowed to bring forward for the next card.

Clearing each and every card will help dress-up Cinderella in one of the 3 cards

Three version of Cinderella: Cinderella in the Pink dress that she made for herself to attend the royal ball, Cinderella in the magical blue dress which her Fairy Godmother granted her wish and last but not least, Cinderella in her wedding dress.

By completing one of the card, the reward is Prince Charming Tsum. By using his skill, you can see both him and Cinderella waltz down the screen and clear Tsums from their dance path.

At last, the completion of Cinderella event entitled an exclusive Cinderella pin for name decorating purpose. 

I've used up around 120-150 hearts to complete this event and these are some of the statistics of the my gaming experience:

• Average magical points collected: 35
• Highest magical points collected per game: 45
• Lowest magical points collected per game: 15
• Highest magical points collected for Magical Party Time: 210 
• Lowest magical points collected for Magical Party Time: 155

I guess I'll still try for my luck for getting Cinderella and Fairy Godmother Tsums while the event is still going on because both of the Tsums come with special theme song, I'll definitely want Cinderella Tsum that plays the song"A Dream is A Wish Your Heart Makes" as it's my favourite song from the
