Was invited to Joe Chia Chapter 08 Fall Winter 2016 Press Preview yesterday which the preview was held at Thisappear+ located at Bangsar.
The brand launched in year 2012 and since then, local fashion industry were swept off their feet by his minimalism design. Focusing on the lines and sleekness of human body, Joe Chia's design is a big hit at international stage as well. The brand started to showcase their design at Paris Fashion Week and selling internationally at countries such as Singapore, Taiwan, China, Spain, Italy, Paris, Russia and USA.
I've worked with Joe a few times and I can't forget the special feeling each time I put their clothes on, it is as if the lines of my body were express thru their body fitting clothes. They are urban, edgy, comfortable and yet functional. Play with layerings, these monochrome shades design is making everyone goes gaga and you'll wish you could wear Joe Chia everyday.
